Se tocchi «Usa la mia posizione», il telefono ti chiede il permesso: la posizione precisa serve solo, nel telefono, a trovare il comune più vicino e non viene mandata a nessuno. Poi si usa il punto del comune, arrotondato.

Chi altro è coinvolto
Il sito è su Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc. e Cloudflare Germany GmbH, responsabili del trattamento), con le clausole contrattuali standard e l'EU-US Data Privacy Framework a cui Cloudflare aderisce. Le previsioni le chiede il nostro server all'Istituto meteorologico norvegese (MET Norway), mandando solo il punto arrotondato: il tuo telefono non si collega a MET e MET non riceve il tuo indirizzo IP.

If you tap “Use my location”, your phone asks for permission: the precise location is only used, on your phone, to find the nearest town and is not sent to anyone. Then the town's rounded point is used.
Legal basis: performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6.1.f).
Who else is involved
The site runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc. and Cloudflare Germany GmbH, processors), under the standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Our server asks the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway) for the forecast, sending only the rounded point: your phone never connects to MET and MET never receives your IP address.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. With no accounts, your data is only on your phone: to delete it, clear the site's data in your browser. For any question write to [EMAIL]. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
